Meeting Space

Location is one of the keys to holding a successful meeting, conference or private party. The Hawthorn Suites provides the ideal location to accommodate small to medium sized meetings, conferences and special events where your entertainment is our only focus. Our Cypress Conference Room is conveniently located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 70 people in a Theater Style set-up. Located on the second floor is our Banyan Board Room which is perfect for a small conference style meeting for up to 12 people. Both meeting spaces come equipped with a 3x3 projection screen, dry erase board, flip chart, complimentary hi-speed wireless internet, and free local phone calls. Full food and beverage catering services are available upon request. Guests can take advantage of our 24 hour Business Center featuring two computers and a printer.
