Hotel Policies

    • SMOKE-FREE POLICY: Smoking in any room will result in a $250 Smoking Fee per occurrence.
    • Cancellation Policy:Can cancel with a 24 hours notice without penalty
    • Housekeeping Policy:We are offering housekeeping every 3rd day of one's stay

 

    • PET POLICY:  Pets with a maximum weight of 60 lbs are allowed for a non-refundable charge of $125 per stay. Pet Sanitation Fee is $250 if applicable. ADA defined service animals are also welcome at this hotel.

 

    • Must be 21 years old to check in with a valid credit card authorized for stay.

 

    • All reservations require a valid credit card. The day of arrival, the guarantee credit card will be authorized for one night’s room and tax. A declined credit card will result in a cancelled reservation.
    • Social Hour:  Wednesdays from 5-7pm featuring Free Beer, Wine, Soda, and Burgers.
